Description
FragPegs is a user powered video website based off video game trailers, movies, and any relating videos. The site allows members to upload unlimited amount of videos and keep track of them with ease. The sites front page runs off SpotLights. Once any video, old or new, hits a certain amount of SpotLights, it reaches the front page.
Copyright Policy
Videos hosted on the site belong to their respectful owner. Any video illegally uploaded without the owners consent will be permanantly removed and further action will be taken against the user. Videos created and uploaded by normal users are licensed under
Creative Commons.
Developers/Directors
Video directors have an important role in our community. They are allowed to upload more then normal users. If you are interested in upgrading to a directors account, follow
this link and apply. The process should take a couple of days to go through but in the mean time, you must have several videos updated.
Downtimes/Liability
We at FragPegs do not guarantee full uptime. Server maintenance and other issues may come up which may or may not cause server downtime. Other downtimes such as server upgrades, script updates, and even server moves can happen and we will warn the users before hand. Downtimes such as DDOS attacks, Hackers and power outages can not be predicted and wil be dealt with at the time.
Paid Membership
Paid membership can be bought for a small fee. Paid members will have access to several extra features and removal of ads. Paid membership can be removed at any time with or without consent.
Abuse
Any issues dealing with members, spam, illegal video uploads, and unwanted conduct can be emailed to
abuse@fragpegs.com.
Agreement
By accepting the terms above, you will be held responsible for everything mentioned. Second warnings are not handed out.
