I want to record some game footage to upload here, my computer isnt that great as it was before. I was just wonder what were some good settings to record with.

Well you should definably use half-screen resolution.

id say 23, if your computer does slow with that try 15.

What game is this for?

If in the source engine, there is a great built-in recorder.

yea except it records in DEM which you need to let fraps re-record anyways.
